1. Forum members are asked to fill in the Band Name section of their profile, any member who is not in a band just leave it blank.
2. Any member who appears to be insulting, offensive or threatening to any bands, forum members or to the management team may be subsequent to their posts being edited or removed.
3. Please keep all replies relevant to the topic in question or they will be deleted or moved accordingly.
4. We would ask for all members to please keep their banners within 600x150 pixels. All banners should be related to Loyalist Bands, any inappropriate banners shall be removed by the forum management.
5. When quoting from large chunks of text from external websites etc, all members are asked to please put their posts into a smaller text and use quote boxes.
6. Members who have joined the forum and have not made any posts within a month of registering shall be deleted from the database of members and their email address shall be recorded and banned from re-joining the forum in a later date.
7. If any member frequently and consistently breaks the rules their account shall be deleted with no prior notice. The members email address shall be recorded and banned from re-joining the forum.
8. If any forum members want to speak in the strictest of privacy about any matters on the forum or have any complaints about members etc please use the Contact the Forum Management section.
9. Would all East Belfast Protestant Boys Flute Band members please contact any member of the Administration team so they can be granted access to private forum for the latest announcements with the band and for other band related discussions.
10. Any user deemed by the Moderators Team to be disruptive may be banned without warning.
