Over 40 bands travelled from near and far to support the Bessbrook True Blues. I can only describe the parade as a bad night with the weather,
the rain never stopped and it was hard to lift the gloom that descended around the parade.
Not fair at all on the Bessbrook band. Great to see so many travelled up though, still showing them support and great loyality. The parade
started at the Newry end and made its way up to the square in the village. More blow outs tonight than usual and even on a very wet night bands
always try to enjoy themselves. I seen Drumaheagles up tonight from Ballymoney and also the Sons of Ulster Shankill, great to see. Also
Lambeg Orange and Blue going well as always. I also seen the South Belfast Young Conquerors going well coming into the square as well as
Kilcluney Volunteers.
Im afraid weather was a big factor tonight and i couldnt get home soon enough to be honest. Thats not in anyway putting the parade down though.
Below are a selection of photographs of the band in action.
