The band made the small trip to the Shankill to parade in memory of Trevor King who was killed by the IRA 15 years ago.
Without going into detail Trevor was one of the most valued Volunteers of the Ulster Volunteer Force at that time and even today is talked about
in the highest esteem in many a debate.
Nearly 30 bands attended today, the parade being lead by the Shankill Protestant Boys in the short route around the Shankill finishing at Trevors mural.
Good crowds on a fine but warm day. Bands out in good numbers so close to the 12th. Goldsprings, Freemen Memorial and Monkstown YCV all out in big numbers.
Pride of the West, West Belfast Volunteers, Newtownards Volunteer Flute with plenty on show and indeed a fitting tribute to the Trevor King committie.
Below are a selection of photographs of the band in action.
