On a hot sticky day for parading we headed to the Ballysillan Memorial Parade.
We arrived in good time and i was able to watch the Shankill Protestant Boys lead
the parade, luckily for them in shirts.
Around 15 bands attended the parade. Bands such as the UVF Regimental, Monkstown YCV
who had a number of guest colour partys, Pride of the Hill Carnmoney, City of Belfast Fifes
and Drums, Rising Sons of the Somme, South Belfast Young Conquerors, Shankill Star, and the YCV Shankill
to name a few. Not the biggest of turnouts but good crowds around the Ballysillan estate enjoying the
sunny weather with many opting to sit in their gardens to watch.
Below is a selection of photographs of the band in action.
