Finaghy True Blues Parade - 19/06/10
We travelled across the city to support the host band.
We were able to arrive in good time and catch sight of a few bands. Pride of
Knockmore heading of in good numbers as were the Pride of the Hill Rathfriland. Both in good tune
on a really hot day. Ballykeel LSOU and Lambeg Orange and Blue both sounding well also.
A decent turnout today in sunny South Belfast and it took me back to times past when the Finaghy parade
was a major day out, a nice wee flash back.
Below is a selection of photographs of the band in action.

Tonight we were awarded:
1st Drum corps
2nd Large blood and thunder
Best overall
Today we paraded with 6 of a colour party, 2 drum majors, 12 drummers, 2 bass drummers, 29 flautists and marshalls.
It was hard today in the heat and a big well done to our two bass drummers whom once again played well. As a band today
we were ok, a long night the night before but we done alright.
Well done Finghy True Blues
