Today of corse is in our own back yard. Like every year the parade started at the Raven social club and made its way around a lenghty parade route to finish at the same place.
Not a bad walk at all but there didnt seem to be many crowds out which i didnt understand. The Rising Sons East Belfast put alot of work in during the marching season and deserve alot more support from not only spectators, but bands also.
The Shankill Star were in good tune arriving in at the end with both the Whitewell Defenders and the Gertrude Star playing well heading out.
Below is a selection of photographs of the band in action.
